X-Stand base is designed for use on level areas with solid grounding such as a sidewalk or showroom floor. Base has a receptacle to hold our Wind-Free Feather Flag 4 Piece Pole, sold separately as 1301846. Made with heavy duty plate and tubular steel and finished with a weather-resistant black powder coating to withstand the elements. Stand has 3 pieces: 2 cross pieces and 1 tube. A screw connects the three components to form the finished X-stand. A sand bag is required for indoor and outdoor applications to provide the base with the needed support and stability, sold separately as 1301850.
