How to Use the 3M Body Schutz Rubberized Coating Black:
- Can be used over bare metal or primer
- Use soap and water to clean the surface. Dry, and use the 3M General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner, PN 08984
- Shake the product for 1 minute to avoid sedimentation
- Remove the cap and attach the applicator gun PN 08997
- Connect to the airline and spray at the pressure indicated on the can
- Apply light coats to allow the solvent to evaporate between coats
- Continue until you reach the desired thickness
- Allow it to dry for at least 30 minutes at room temperature; thicker coatings may take longer
- Store at room temperature. Follow the correct storage instructions to keep its expected shelf-life of 12 months
- Always use in a well-ventilated area
