The Champ Fender Mender Tool helps increase the fender or tire clearance of vehicles, flare the fenders, or effortlessly repair any fender damage that happens due to a collision. Use the existing lug nuts to bolt the Fender Mender Tool to the wheel hub and start working. It is designed to fit all the 4 and 5 bolt hubs on the cars that are popular today. The forming arm of this tool adjusts completely to fit any repair or specialty job. The forming roller features a solid construction for a sturdy and strong performance. How to use the Champ Fender Mender Tool

  1. Jack up the car using jack stands as support
  2. Remove wheel from the car
  3. Fix Fender Mender to hub over lug bolts
  4. Install spacers and make the lug nuts tight enough to hold Fender Mender to hub
  5. Let the arm adjustment knob loose and maneuver the arm to a favorable position
  6. Let the adjustment bolt on the roller head loose and maneuver to a favorable angle
  7. Adjust the tension bar to put required pressure on the fender
  8. Ideally, the paint must be gently warmed with a heat gun to make sure the paint does not crack
  9. Roll the Fender Mender for desired fender expansion
  10. You may need to readjust angle head and tension for achieving the desired results
