Steck's Extraction Tool uses a ½" 20 grade 8 hex bolt that works with your ¾" or 19mm socket on a ½" impact wrench, to easily push out a SPR. Eliminates the need to use hydraulic tools.

these work very well for extraction, not so much for insertion. the extractor is well worth the money.
