Urethane Adhesive & Sealant
The U-Pol Tiger Seal Urethane Adhesive & Sealant is a superior quality product that is used to seal and fortify body panels and trims in automobiles. It is a handy product to have in your toolbox or body shop since it can be used on any type of vehicle.
This strong one-component adhesive comes in a 310 ml cartridge and is perfect for permanently fixing and bonding body panels. You can use it to seal areas around different parts of the car like the windows, doors, and lights. It is designed to adhere to different materials like steel, aluminum, brass, iron, fiberglass, most types of plastic, glass, wood, ceramics, and paint.
The only thing to keep in mind is to ensure that the surface of application is clean, dry, and free of grease. Apply the adhesive/sealant with a cartridge-caulking gun for best results. Once cured, you can go ahead and apply one or multiple coats of paint as required. This powerful product typically takes between 30 and 60 minutes to dry and 0.25" per 24 hours to cure when placed at 72°F and relative humidity of 50%.
Please follow the specific storage instructions to maintain the product's quality for a long time. This product should stay as good as new for 9 months after its first use, when stored in ideal conditions. It is recommended to store the adhesive in temperatures ranging between 41°F and 95°F. Anything above 95°F can reduce the product's quality and shelf life.
